The project has 58 apartments and 14 strata shops, 72 units in all.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The scheme joins a row of seven conserved two-storey shophouses to a new six-storey residential block behind. Nine of the homes sit within the old shophouses, and the rest are in the new block, including a set of penthouses. The design borrows Art Deco lines.
