For more than 30 years it was one of the few private high-rise blocks beside the conserved terrace houses of Everton Road and Blair Road.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The development no longer exists. It was sold in a collective sale in April 2018, demolished, and replaced by Sky Everton, a 262-unit freehold condominium that obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in 2023.
