EdgeProp records it as completed in 2007 on a 60-year lease that started on 21 March 2005. It is one of the bigger private B1 developments on the city fringe, with a gross floor area of about 29,153 sqm on a site of roughly 11,642 sqm.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The land is zoned Business 1 (B1), which is meant for light and clean industrial activity. In practice the building is popular with small and medium-sized firms that want workspace close to town. Around 700 live businesses are registered at the address, in fields such as design, education services, shipping and consulting. Tiong Bahru Market and Food Centre, and the conserved pre-war Tiong Bahru estate around it, are the main food and heritage draws in the area.
