It sits directly above Farrer Park MRT station. The complex was developed and is managed by The Farrer Park Company, a group formed by private medical and hospitality specialists together with selected investors. DP Architects designed it, with DP Design and DP Green handling interiors and landscape. Construction ran from about 2009 to 2014.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The building combines three main uses. The west wing holds Farrer Park Medical Centre, with around ten floors of specialist clinic suites. The east wing holds Farrer Park Hospital, a private tertiary hospital, and One Farrer Hotel. A ground-floor retail stretch called Owen Link serves patients, hotel guests and commuters. Tekka Centre, about 10 to 12 minutes down Serangoon Road, has one of the best-known hawker centres in the area.
