The medical tower, Farrer Square Medical Suites, uses the address 12 Farrer Park Station Road, Singapore 217565. The hotel uses number 10. The project was developed by RB Capital on a 99-year leasehold site bought at a government land tender in April 2012 for $151 million. RSP Architects was reported as the designer, and the whole scheme was described at launch as a $450 million project.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The medical tower contains 42 purpose-built strata medical suites, reported at about 500 to 1,000 square feet each, above a ground-floor retail podium. The 20-storey hotel has 300 rooms.
