Marina One was developed by M+S Pte Ltd, a 60:40 joint venture between Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional and Singapore's Temasek. It was designed by ingenhoven architects of Germany, with landscape design by Gustafson Porter + Bowman. Construction began in 2012 and the development was officially opened in January 2018.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Heart offers about 140,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants, a supermarket, a food court and a fitness club. It wraps around the Green Heart, a multi-level tropical garden at the centre of the site.
