Change Alley Mall is its retail podium. The building was completed in 1993 as Caltex House and was later known as Chevron House. It is often marketed today simply as 30 Raffles Place. The tower is about 152 m tall with 32 storeys above ground and three basement levels. It was designed by Murphy\u002FJahn with local firm Architects 61, and sits on a 99-year lease from December 1989.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Offices fill the upper floors, while the podium holds shops, food outlets and larger banking-hall style floors. A major refurbishment finished in January 2020. It enlarged the podium floors and rebuilt the mall.
