The same 27-storey building houses Oasia Hotel Downtown, and most people know it by the hotel's name and its red, plant-covered facade. It was developed by Far East Organization and designed by WOHA. The hotel opened in April 2016. The land is held on a 99-year lease from 13 April 2011.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>PS100 consists of 100 small office units on levels 7 to 11, launched for sale in 2012 at sizes of roughly 400 to 500 sq ft. The floors were given a floor-to-floor height of about five metres, well above the norm for strata offices. The hotel, with a little over 300 rooms, takes the floors above, and there are food and retail outlets at street level.
