Centre 1 was completed in 2000 and Centre 2 in 2001. The developer was United Overseas Bank (UOB). The design is by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates of New York with local firm Architects 61. The towers share a podium and rise about 172 m to the roof, or 187 m including the spires. Sources give the height as 29 or 30 storeys. The land is 99-year leasehold from November 1995.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The complex is best known as the home of Singapore Exchange (SGX), the national stock and derivatives exchange. Ownership is strata-titled.
