It is a joint project of TE Capital Partners and LaSalle Investment Management, designed by DP Architects. The 20-storey, 127-metre building will have about 190,000 square feet of office space on 15 strata-titled floors, plus two food and beverage units at street level. The site covers about 19,500 square feet.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The project replaces the PIL Building, the 17-storey former home of shipping line Pacific International Lines at 140 Cecil Street. As of the latest reports found, construction was under way, with completion expected around April 2028. The building is therefore not yet open for occupation.
