District 2 — Tanjong Pagar, Anson
District 2 runs from the Tanjong Pagar shophouses up through Anson Road and Shenton Way, and the 44 developments listed here split almost evenly between slim residential towers and strata offices — often in the same street.
Two kinds of building, one district
D02 has been rebuilt around the Tanjong Pagar MRT interchange over the last fifteen years, and the result is a district where a 1970s strata office block and a 2019 residential tower stand a hundred metres apart. International Plaza is the archetype of the first — offices, apartments and shops in one 1970s podium-and-tower, all under one management corporation. Wallich Residence, Sky Everton, One Bernam and Altez are the second: tall, narrow, small unit counts, high per-unit maintenance.
The Spottiswoode Park and Everton Road pocket, on the quieter side of the district, holds a cluster of small freehold blocks — Spottiswoode Residences among them — and these are the listings where the management office is most often the managing agent's own premises rather than a room in the building.

Who manages them
No firm holds a large block of D02. CBRE and Knight Frank lead on the commercial side, and developer-linked managers appear here more than elsewhere — GuocoLand's own maintenance arm runs its buildings around Tanjong Pagar Centre. Spread across that many firms, the practical answer to "who do I call" is the building's own listing, not the developer's name.
A note on the shophouses
Much of conservation Tanjong Pagar — Duxton Hill, Neil Road, Bukit Pasoh — is held as individual conserved units rather than strata developments, so those addresses have an owner rather than an MCST. Where a conserved row was strata-subdivided it does appear here, usually listed by its street number. Public carparks nearby with live lot counts are listed separately; kerbside parking in the conservation streets is scarce.
