District 25 — Woodlands, Admiralty, Kranji

District 25 covers Woodlands, Admiralty, Kranji and part of Mandai — 52 listings, split roughly evenly between executive condominiums, industrial strata and schools.

Three kinds of listing, few of each

D25 is a small district in this directory because most of Woodlands is public housing. What remains falls into three groups. The first is the executive condominium belt built over the last fifteen years: Bellewoods, Twin Fountains, Forestville, Northwave and Woodhaven. The second is private condominiums, most of them older and smaller — Woodgrove Condominium, Casablanca, Rosewood and Parc Rosewood.

The third is industrial and business-park strata around Woodlands Industrial Park, Kranji and Mandai Estate — the Carros Centre, Mandai Foodlink, Primz Bizhub and Woods Square among them. Mandai in particular has become a food-manufacturing cluster, and several of the buildings there are strata-titled food factories with cold-chain and effluent requirements that shape how the management corporation runs.

A district about to change

The Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System link terminates at Woodlands North, and the Woodlands Regional Centre plan puts substantially more commercial floorspace into this district over the coming decade. New strata developments follow that kind of plan, and they will be listed here as their management corporations are constituted.

Who manages them

Exceltec Property Management holds the largest share, with CWL Facilities Management and Chambers behind it.
