Developed by Peak Opal, a subsidiary of Kheng Leong, it comprises 57 residences in three 12-storey blocks. The development occupies an elevated site in the Holland Road neighbourhood, with gardens forming a substantial part of its grounds.

The design team includes P&T Consultants as architect, Atelier Ikebuchi for interiors and Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl Singapore for landscape design. Kheng Leong describes the site as approximately two acres, with about two-thirds devoted to greenery. Site History and Architecture

The site was previously occupied by Olina Lodge. In April 2018, the former 67-unit condominium was sold collectively to Peak Opal for S$230.9 million. The subsequent redevelopment created 15 Holland Hill; Olina Lodge is the predecessor development, rather than an alternative name for the present condominium.

P&T's project account explains how the architecture responds to a site with more than ten metres of level difference. A winding approach leads to the entrance at the upper part of the grounds, while layered landscaping makes use of the slope. The towers incorporate staggered planted balconies, deep overhangs and large windows, extending the garden theme from ground level onto the building facades.

The architect describes a two-apartment-per-floor arrangement in the towers. This layout and the orientation of the blocks were designed to open up views towards the surrounding greenery and city. The outlook from an individual home will depend on its floor and orientation.

Condominium Facilities

Published project materials identify a swimming pool, children's pool, gym, clubhouse dining space and yoga pavilion. Landscaped gardens and outdoor seating areas complement these shared facilities. Apartments have private lift access, with dedicated lifts described for the maisonettes and penthouses.

Location and Transport

The condominium is approached via Holland Hill, off the Holland Road corridor. The elevated setting is an important practical consideration when assessing a walking route: the journey includes the approach up Holland Hill, rather than simply the distance shown on a map.

Holland Village provides shops, food outlets and everyday services. The nearby One Holland Village development adds a mix of retail, dining and lifestyle businesses. Far East Organization describes more than 13,500 square metres of retail space within the development, broadening the range of amenities serving the neighbourhood.

For outdoor space, Holland Village Park sits at the junction of Holland Road and Holland Avenue.
