About 19 Nassim & Management Office Contact
Development Background
19 Nassim is a residential development at 19 Nassim Hill in the Tanglin area. It contains 101 apartments and has a 99-year lease commencing on 17 June 2019. Developed by Keppel through Parksville Development Pte Ltd, it was completed in 2023.
The development occupies the site of the earlier Nassim Woods. Keppel's 2019 annual report identified the redevelopment under the new 19 Nassim name. The two names therefore refer to different generations of housing on the site; older descriptions of Nassim Woods should not be used as specifications for an apartment in the present development.
Architecture and Residential Layout
SCDA Architects designed the building around the site's sloping ground. Its project account describes an elevated arrival court, a descent beside water features towards the pool deck, and a building form raised above a connected landscape. Screens on the facade help filter sunlight and provide privacy, giving the external elevations a layered appearance.
The homes range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, including configurations with a study. The design also includes selected homes with double-height spaces and private lift access. These features vary by apartment, so the floor plan and an inspection of the particular unit are more useful than assuming every home has the same ceiling height or entrance arrangement.
For everyday use, consider how furniture will fit beside the glazing, where a working desk could go, and how much of the advertised area is outdoors. Check the position of neighbouring windows and communal spaces when assessing privacy.
Facilities and Shared Spaces
Keppel's published facilities include a lap pool, children's pool, gym and garden lounge. The upper Club Level contains further shared spaces, including a relaxation pool, heated jet pool, lounge and dining facilities. These distribute recreation between the lower landscape and the upper part of the development.
Ask management which spaces require reservations, whether guest limits apply and how visitors reach them. Confirm the current operation and support arrangements for any smart-home equipment included with a sale or tenancy rather than relying on launch-era descriptions.
Botanic Gardens and the Surroundings
The Singapore Botanic Gardens is a defining part of the wider setting. Its Tanglin Entrance is approached from Napier and Holland roads, while the Nassim Entrance serves a different part of the Gardens. Choosing the appropriate entrance makes a difference when planning a walk or meeting someone inside.
NParks identifies Napier MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line as the station serving the Tanglin Entrance. The Gardens offer a public outdoor setting beyond the condominium's private grounds; check the visitor map for the attraction or route you intend to use. Cycling is not permitted inside the Gardens.
Towards Tanglin and Orchard, the surroundings provide a separate shopping and dining setting. Keppel identifies Tanglin Mall among the development's local reference points. Try the routes to the shops and station from the gate you would actually use, taking account of crossings, shelter and the slope of the site.
Practical Checks Before Visiting
The developer's site plan distinguishes pedestrian gates at Nassim Hill and Napier Road. Confirm the correct meeting point for a viewing and the visitor-access procedure before travelling.
Inside the apartment, assess daylight, ventilation, traffic noise and the condition of fittings. Request current maintenance charges, parking arrangements and move-in rules. The 19 Nassim management office listing provides Estate.sg's contact information for building enquiries.
