Gramercy Park (格美华庭) is a freehold residential development at 57 Grange Road in District 10. It was developed by City Developments Limited (CDL) and has 174 homes in two curvilinear towers.
The development
CDL described Gramercy Park as a 174-unit freehold development on a site of about 170,000 square feet. The homes are split evenly between the two towers: the 87-unit North Tower was released first, in Phase 1, and the 87-unit South Tower followed in Phase 2, soft-launched on 30 March 2017. The unit range at launch ran from two-bedroom-plus-study apartments through three- and four-bedroom types to a five-bedroom penthouse.
Design
The sculptural design of the two towers is the work of the architecture firm NBBJ, according to CDL's April 2017 announcement. CDL's earlier release describes a modern façade using high-performance low-emissivity double-glazed glass and sun-shading fritted glass panels. In December 2016 the project was named Best Residential Development (Gold) at the MIPIM Asia Awards 2016, as reported in CDL's announcement of the award.
Facilities
The grounds are arranged around a Grand Lawn, which CDL said could take a game of croquet, picnics or a garden wedding. Facilities named by the developer include:
- a 50-metre Grand Pool and a gym pool
- the Club Gramercy clubhouse
- a fitness studio, putting green and tennis court
- a children's play area and a wooded trail

The estate is run by its management corporation, MCST 4454, with its office at #B1-01, 57 Grange Road. The managing agent is Edmund Tie & Company Property Management Services Pte Ltd.
