Les Maisons Nassim is a freehold development of 14 residences at 14 Nassim Road. It is managed as MCST 4926, with Savills as its managing agent.
The site
In June 2018, Hong Kong-listed Shun Tak Holdings bought the freehold site at 14 and 14A Nassim Road for about S$218 million. EdgeProp reported a site of about 66,452 sq ft with a plot ratio of 1.4 (EdgeProp, June 2018).
Design
The architects, WOHA, describe 14 residences in three stone-clad blocks, designed between March 2019 and November 2023 (WOHA). In WOHA's account, the scheme draws on Singapore's traditional black-and-white bungalows: latticed screens on the stone façades provide shade and ventilation, and the homes are set among gardens and water features, with an elevated shared garden level. These describe the original design intent.
Launch and sale
EdgeProp reported that the low-rise development was launched in May 2021 and fully sold by June 2023, with four-bedroom homes from about 6,049 sq ft (EdgeProp, July 2023).
