About Park West Condominium

Park West was a 432-unit condominium at 2 to 20 Jalan Lempeng in Clementi, District 5, built in the mid-1980s on a 99-year lease that began in March 1982. Property portals name City Developments Limited as the developer. Set on a large site of about 633,600 sq ft, it offered two- to four-bedroom apartments in 16-storey blocks, four shop units, and facilities including a swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, a gym and a clubhouse.

The estate no longer exists. It was sold in a collective sale in January 2018, demolished, and replaced by Parc Clematis, which was completed in 2023. Contact details on this page relate to the former Park West estate and are kept for reference.

  • The sale succeeded on the third attempt. A 2011 tender at an indicative $803 million drew no buyer; the January 2018 sale to SingHaiyi Gold closed at $840.89 million, about 5% more than the 2011 asking price.

Nan Hua Primary School is about 250 metres away, and NUS High School and Singapore Polytechnic are in the wider neighbourhood. West Coast Plaza, West Coast Park and Clementi Woods Park lie to the south, and the Ulu Pandan park connector runs nearby for jogging and cycling.
