EdgeProp reported that the operator opened its first co-living hostel here in November 2022, with 31 rooms and 180 beds, each room with its own bathroom, under a five-year lease from the building's owner. The premises were previously run as a backpackers' hostel. Street directories still show the older Perak Court name.
