The land sale
URA's record of sites sold shows that the 12,662.7 sq m residential site at West Coast Link and West Coast Crescent was awarded in June 2011 to Boo Han Holdings for S$175,777,000, after a tender that drew 12 bids (URA, via data.gov.sg).
Development
Far East Organization, which marketed the project for Boo Han Holdings, gives 338 homes and a Temporary Occupation Permit in 2016. It describes four-bedroom townhouses, each with a roof terrace and a basement, alongside the apartments (Far East Organization).
The architect, RDC Architects, describes a mixed development of three towers of 16, 20 and 28 storeys, one of them a serviced-apartment block, with a row of four-storey townhouses. The practice lists a BCA Construction Excellence Award in 2018 and a FIABCI Singapore Property Award in 2016 for the project (RDC Architects).
