The Boulevard Residence was one of two joint-venture freehold projects near Orchard Road listed in GuocoLand's annual reports of the mid-2000s. The other was The Ladyhill. GuocoLand's Annual Report 2005 describes a 36-storey high-rise of 46 units, with homes starting from the sixth level. Every unit has private lift access.
The Annual Report 2006 gives the mix as 42 apartments and four penthouses, two of which have their own swimming pools. It also describes the tower as having full-height glass curtain walls.
