The site is now being redeveloped. Developer JVA NIR Pte Ltd, part of JVA Venture, is marketing a new freehold B1 project here called Space Nova, and OneMap already records that name at the address. Space Nova is planned as a seven-storey ramp-up building with 47 strata units on a site of about 3,368 square metres, with completion expected around 2029.
