27 Teo Hong Road (Singapore 088334) is a conserved pre-war shophouse in postal District 2, on the short street linking Bukit Pasoh Road with New Bridge Road. It is strata-titled and managed under MCST 1509. The ground floor is known to food lovers as the address where the patisserie and restaurant Mad About Sucre opened in 2015.

URA gazetted it on 7 July 1989, together with the other Chinatown sub-districts, Boat Quay, Little India and Kampong Glam. Duxton Plain Park and Pearl's Hill City Park are the nearest green spaces.
