The site is held on a 99-year lease that began on 21 November 2006.

The mall is wholly owned by Lendlease Global Commercial REIT, which describes it as a lifestyle mall with more than 150 retailers. Fashion, beauty, food and entertainment make up most of the mix. It has street frontage on both Orchard Road and Somerset Road. The REIT reported committed occupancy of 98.0% as at 30 June 2026.

Interesting facts

  • Somerset MRT station connects directly into the mall, so many commuters pass through it on the way to Orchard Road.

  • In August 2019 the mall was sold for about $1.003 billion to the trustee of the newly formed Lendlease Global Commercial REIT. It became the flagship asset when the REIT listed in Singapore.
