About Cairnhill Nine

Cairnhill Nine is a 30-storey condominium at 9 Cairnhill Road in District 9 (Orchard, Cairnhill, River Valley). It was developed by CapitaLand and designed by RSP Architects Planners and Engineers.   • The site was previously Somerset Grand Cairnhill, a 146-unit serviced residence. In 2012 Ascott Residence Trust agreed to sell it to CapitaLand for $359 million for redevelopment, and to buy back the new serviced residence component once built.

  • At 122 metres, CapitaLand billed the tower as one of the tallest buildings in the Orchard Road district.

Paragon is reached by the link bridge, with Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Ngee Ann City and Mandarin Gallery close by. Al-Falah Mosque stands at the Bideford Road end of Cairnhill Place. The conserved terrace houses of Cairnhill Road and Emerald Hill are a short walk uphill. Newton Food Centre is the nearest hawker centre.
