Dorsett Residences is a 68-unit apartment development at 331 New Bridge Road, in Singapore's postal District 2. It sits at the junction of New Bridge Road and Cantonment Road, directly above Outram Park MRT station. The project was developed by Tang Suites Pte Ltd, part of the Hong Kong-based Far East Consortium and Dorsett Hospitality group, on a 99-year lease that began in 2009. It was completed in 2013.
The homes are part of a mixed development that also contains the 285-room Dorsett Singapore hotel next door at 333 New Bridge Road, along with shop and food units at street level. Published figures give a site of about 4,650 sq m and a gross floor area of about 16,275 sq m for the whole development. Residents' facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and a landscaped roof garden.

The land was won at a government tender in 2009 for about $67.7 million.
All 68 apartments were reported sold within half a day of the sales preview on 1 September 2010.
The development has direct access to Outram Park station, which became a three-line interchange when the Thomson-East Coast Line platforms opened in 2022.
