Eastern Lagoon II is the western half of the Eastern Lagoon development: six blocks at 200 to 210 Upper East Coast Road, in District 15. It is a freehold condominium with its own management corporation, MCST 1075, and Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management is its managing agent.
One estate, two management corporations
Eastern Lagoon was built in two phases by Eastern Lagoon Pte Ltd and completed around 1985: twelve-storey blocks with 307 units across the whole development. Each phase has its own strata plan and its own management corporation, both registered in 1986. The line between them also crosses a postal-district boundary: blocks 200 to 210 are in District 15, and blocks 212 to 216 in District 16.
For a resident this matters more than it looks. By-laws, maintenance contributions, renovation approvals and car-park labels all come from the management office of your own phase, not the other one.
The neighbouring blocks at 212 to 216 are Eastern Lagoon I, run separately as MCST 1076.
Facilities
The original estate.sg page lists these facilities for Eastern Lagoon as a whole: a swimming pool and wading pool, tennis and squash courts, a clubhouse, a playground, a barbecue area, a covered car park and 24-hour security. Which of them sit on which phase, and who maintains them, is a question for the management office.
Getting around
Siglap MRT station on the Thomson–East Coast Line is about 520 m away, and East Coast Park is across the East Coast Parkway to the south. Nearby buildings are on the District 15 page, and public carparks with live lots on the carparks page.
