Hills Twoone is a small apartment development on Hillview Terrace, in the Hillview and Bukit Batok area. Macly Group’s completed-project portfolio identifies 71 freehold homes here. The original design combines a varied apartment mix with poolside spaces and shared facilities at roof level.
Apartment layouts and original design
The original developer brochure names Macly RL Pte Ltd as the developer. Its floor plans include two- and three-bedroom homes, selected study and loft arrangements, dual-key configurations and penthouses. The range matters when comparing individual properties: a bedroom count alone does not describe the internal levels, entrance arrangement or outdoor space shown in a particular plan.
For an existing home, compare the relevant brochure type with the unit’s approved plans and present layout. A launch drawing describes the original proposal and may not reflect later approved changes.
Shared spaces in the brochure
The brochure’s site plan identifies a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, shallow pool, pool deck and yoga corner. It places the gym, entertainment space and outdoor dining and barbecue area at roof level. These are the original advertised facilities; check with management for their current availability, access and booking arrangements.
Hillview’s park-connector setting
The surrounding area forms part of a wider network of parks and paths. NParks describes Hillview Park Connector as running along Hillview Road and Hillview Avenue between Dairy Farm Road and the Bukit Batok Nature Park entrance at Bukit Batok East Avenue 2. It belongs to the Western Adventure Loop.
The adjoining Bukit Batok East Park Connector links Little Guilin with the Hillview connector and continues towards Bukit Gombak MRT. These routes provide context for exploring the neighbourhood; check the route from the development’s entrance separately. Estate.sg’s Bukit Batok guide offers further local information.
