Irwell Hill Residences is a 99-year leasehold condominium at 2 and 6 Irwell Hill, off Irwell Bank Road, in District 9. It was developed by CDL Perseus Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited (CDL), and comprises 540 apartments in two 36-storey blocks on a site of approximately 12,786.5 square metres.

The site

CDL said it acquired the site in January 2020. The towers stand on elevated terrain, and the design integrates four heritage raintrees that were conserved on the site into the landscape.

Design

The development was MVRDV's first residential project in Singapore. The practice from the Netherlands was the concept architect, ADDP Architects LLP the project architect, and EcoplanAsia Pte Ltd the landscape consultant. CDL describes the facade as champagne gold and pixel-patterned.

Facilities

CDL lists three pools (a Spa Pool, a Club Pool and a 50m Infinity-Edge Raintree Pool), the Gym at Irwell and a tennis court. Irwell Vista, on Level 24 of both towers, includes a workspace for residents called Vista Co-Work.

Management

The estate is run by MCST 4964 (UEN T25MC0024K). According to BCA's register of management corporations, the management corporation was formed on 15 August 2025 and the development has 540 strata lots. The managing agent is CBRE Pte Ltd, and the management office is at 4 Irwell Hill, Singapore 239589.
