Development
EdgeProp reported in 2016 that Kovan Melody has 778 homes and was developed jointly by Wing Tai Holdings, NTUC Choice Homes and Greatearth Development. It was launched in 2004 and completed in 2006 (EdgeProp, September 2016).
The same report described it as the first high-rise condominium in Kovan, an area previously dominated by landed homes and low-rise blocks. It traced the projects that followed, including Kovan Residences and Kovan Regency.
