EdgeProp reported in 2016 that Kovan Regency, developed by Hoi Hup Realty, has 393 homes. It was launched in 2012 at an average price of about S$1,250 psf and was fully sold (EdgeProp, September 2016).
The same report placed it in a second wave of private housing around Kovan, after Kovan Melody, completed in 2006, and Kovan Residences, launched in 2008, in an area that had mainly been landed homes and low-rise blocks.
