Laguna Park is a residential estate at 5000A to 5000G Marine Parade Road, with frontages on both Marine Parade Road and Siglap Link. It is managed as MCST 3271, with Empire City Consultant as its managing agent.
A former HUDC estate
Laguna Park was built as a Housing and Urban Development Company (HUDC) estate on a 99-year lease and was completed around 1978. Stacked Homes lists it among the first phase of HUDC estates and records that it was privatised in 2007 (Stacked Homes, 2021).
EdgeProp describes the estate as seven residential blocks with 506 apartments, 10 penthouses and 12 commercial units, on a site of about 669,000 sq ft (EdgeProp, September 2018).
Collective sale attempts
The estate has been offered for collective sale several times. Attempts in 2007 and 2010 did not lead to a sale, and in 2018 it was relaunched with a reserve price of S$1.48 billion (EdgeProp, September 2018). In March 2026, Stacked Homes reported that the later attempts had not succeeded either, and that a newer effort had not yet gathered the owner consent it needed (Stacked Homes, March 2026). Owners wanting the current position should ask the collective sale committee or the management office.
The Marine Parade setting
Much of the Marine Parade area stands on land reclaimed under the East Coast Reclamation Scheme, which began in 1966 (SG101).
