Interesting facts

  • The site was formerly Katong Park Towers. Bukit Sembawang Estates bought it in a collective sale for $345 million, about 20 per cent above the owners' $288 million reserve price, in a tender that reportedly drew ten bids.

  • Katong Park MRT station opened on the Thomson-East Coast Line in June 2024, giving the estate a station within a few minutes' walk.

  • Bukit Sembawang Estates is better known for landed housing estates in Seletar and Sembawang, so a high-rise in Katong was a less typical project for it.

Katong Park MRT (Thomson-East Coast Line) is about four to five minutes' walk. Mountbatten MRT on the Circle Line is further, at around 900 metres. Katong Park is next to the station, and East Coast Park lies beyond it. The Singapore Sports Hub and Kallang Wave Mall are a short drive away. Food options include Old Airport Road Food Centre and the eateries of East Coast Road and Joo Chiat. Dunman High School and Chung Cheng High School (Main) are within a kilometre, and Kong Hwa School and Tanjong Katong Primary are among the nearer primary schools.
