Preview and sales dates
CDL announced previews from 18 September 2026 and sales bookings from 3 October 2026. This guide was checked on 25 September 2026, while the project was in its preview period. The Lakeside Drive site
URA awarded the site in June 2025 to CDL Polaris Properties and CDL Polaris Commercial. The land was offered on a 99-year lease, for residential development with first-storey commercial uses. URA tender award.
What to look at during a visit
Start with your everyday journey. Walk from the station towards the site, then consider the route you would use with shopping bags or a pushchair. A connection on a site plan is useful context; the eventual entrance, lift lobby and unit position still matter to the experience of arriving home.
For a shortlisted layout, draw your actual furniture to scale. Look at the space around the dining table, where a desk could sit, and whether bedroom doors and storage doors open comfortably. Compare the same bedroom type across different stacks instead of judging only by its total area.
Amenities and questions to ask
CDL describes a supermarket and food and retail space at Lucerne Galleria, plus residential amenities including a lap pool, gym and co-working lounge. Developer facilities information.
Ask for the current brochure, the selected unit’s floor plan and the schedule of finishes. Clarify which illustrated fittings are included and which are showflat styling. If a completion date is important to your plans, obtain the current contractual documents rather than relying on an estimated date from a marketing page.
