Mandai Connection is a multiple-user industrial development at 7 Mandai Link. Its ramp-up building form and development history are documented by Soilbuild, while current access arrangements belong with the building's management and the relevant unit occupier.
Development background
Soilbuild Group's development portfolio includes Mandai Connection among its business-space projects developed for sale. The group's 2015 completion record describes a ten-storey ramp-up development with 342 factory units and records its Temporary Occupation Permit on 19 June 2015. The factory-unit figure describes the completed project; it should not be read as a count of every possible strata component.
Planning a visit or delivery
Before arranging a delivery or viewing, confirm the destination unit, authorised entrance and vehicle route. Ask management or the occupier about applicable height and weight limits, loading arrangements and access hours. A ramp-up description alone does not establish that every vehicle can reach every unit. Businesses planning a fit-out should check the unit's approved use and required permissions before committing to work.
Wider-area plans
JTC's Sungei Kadut Eco-District plans provide context for the surrounding industrial area. They describe a long-term mixed-use transformation, rather than promised facilities within Mandai Connection.
In its 16 March 2026 announcement, LTA targeted passenger service for the Downtown Line 2 extension in 2035, including a future station along Sungei Kadut Avenue. This is future connectivity, not an operating station or a verified walking route from the building.
For building enquiries, visit the Mandai Connection management listing. The same-building company directory lists registered addresses; registration does not establish that a company trades at that location.
