Myra is a condominium on Meyappa Chettiar Road in Potong Pasir, District 13, developed by the Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB) group. It comprises a 12-storey tower with 85 residential units, on a 0.7-acre freehold parcel on Meyappa Chettiar Road and Woodsville Close. SDB reported that Myra obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in April 2024 and that vacant possession was delivered to buyers the same month.
The site
In July 2018, the SDB group, through its associate company, bought several parcels of land on Meyappa Chettiar Road and Woodsville Close from individual owners. The parcels, measuring 24,575 sq ft together, were to be amalgamated before any development took place. SDB announced the Myra project in September 2020.
Design
Myra was designed by the UK-based Pitman Tozer Architects and the Singapore-based JGP Architecture. SDB says the name was derived from "Palmyra", a tall fan-leaf palm from India. The developer describes a single, softly rounded block wrapped in horizontal ribbons that shift from champagne to muted gold as they rise. Its facilities include a lap pool, a hydro gym and a hydrotherapy pool, and the arrival is beneath a mirrored porte cochere and past an oculus skylight into the Grand Lobby.

The development is run by MCST 4918 (UEN T24MC0038E). According to BCA's register of management corporations, the management corporation was formed on 13 September 2024, the development has 85 strata lots, and Olympian Property Management Pte Ltd is the managing agent.
