About Orchid Hotel

Orchid Hotel is a 272-room hotel at 1 Tras Link in Tanjong Pagar, in Singapore's postal District 2. It occupies the upper 18 levels of a 20-storey building beside Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Guest facilities are on level 3 and rooms run from level 4 to level 20. The site was bought as a 99-year leasehold plot at a state land tender in 2007, and the hotel opened in the early 2010s, with 2011 the year usually given.

The hotel is positioned as a four-star business and leisure property. Rooms start at about 32 sq m, and facilities include a 25-metre outdoor pool, a gym and a herb garden. The street level of the building has a row of eateries facing Tras Link. In June 2026 the hotel was sold, and market reports expect the new owners to bring in an international operator and rebrand it, so the name may change.
