Two numbers, two purposes
The distinction matters more on an industrial estate than a residential one. The management office handles anything administrative or planned: fitting-out and renovation permits, contractor registration, lift bookings, car park and access cards, and faults in the common property. Security on 6844 9256 is the number for now — after-hours access, a vehicle blocking a loading bay, an alarm, or a contractor who has turned up outside approved working hours.
The management corporation
MCST 4111, registered as UEN T14MC0123H. The corporation is every unit owner in the development acting collectively; it owns the driveways, lifts, corridors, external walls and car park, insures the building, and sets the by-laws that govern how units may be used and altered. Quote the UEN on invoices and anything filed with an agency, and the MCST number on everything else.
Getting there
Ubi Road 1 is in District 14, the Geylang, Eunos and Paya Lebar area. Parking on a working industrial estate fills with tenants' and contractors' vehicles during the day; nearby public carparks and their live lot counts are listed if you are visiting rather than based here. Anything that needs a paper trail is best sent to the office in writing.
