Parc Esta is a 99-year leasehold condominium of about 1,400 homes in nine 18-storey towers at 900 to 916 Sims Avenue. It is managed as MCST 4824.
From Eunosville to Parc Esta
The site was previously Eunosville, a privatised former HUDC estate of 330 homes. In May 2017 it was sold collectively to MCL Land for S$765.78 million, after eight bids. EdgeProp reported a site of about 376,713 sq ft, with a differential premium payable to top the lease up to a fresh 99 years (EdgeProp, May 2017).
Development
At its launch in November 2018, EdgeProp reported nine 18-storey towers designed by P&T Group, with landscape design by Ecoplan Asia (EdgeProp, November 2018). The developer described towers spaced 40 to 70 metres apart, most homes facing north or south, and much of the site given to landscaping in three garden zones. These describe the original design intent.
MCL Land's parent, Hongkong Land, reported that the wholly owned, 1,404-unit Parc Esta was completed and fully sold in 2022 (Hongkong Land, March 2023).
