About People's Park Centre

People's Park Centre is a strata-titled mixed-use development at 101 Upper Cross Street, Singapore 058357, in Chinatown, District 1. It was completed in 1973 on land released in the first Government Land Sales programme of 1967 and is held on a 99-year lease. The building is still standing and operating. Owners have been trying to sell it collectively. A third tender was launched on 16 July 2026 with a guide price of $1.48 billion and was due to close on 16 September 2026. The outcome had not been reported when this page was written.
