About PLUS
PLUS is a 28-storey office tower with a retail podium at 20 Cecil Street, Singapore 049705, in postal District 1. It stands at the junction of Cecil Street and Church Street in the Raffles Place area. Keppel Land developed the building, which was completed in 1992. The site is held on a 99-year lease that began in 1989.
The building has had several names. It housed Singapore's stock exchange in the 1990s, became Equity Plaza in 2003, then GSH Plaza in 2014, and was rebranded PLUS in 2017. Agents now often market it simply as 20 Cecil Street. It is strata-titled: levels 3 to 28 were divided into 259 office units and levels 1 and 2 into 21 shop units. A private fund managed by CapitaLand has held the unsold portion since 2019 and has been releasing offices for sale.
Interesting facts
From 1994 the tower was named after the Stock Exchange of Singapore, and then after Singapore Exchange from late 1999 to 2001, before the exchange moved out.
In 2014 a consortium led by GSH Corporation bought the building from Keppel Land and Alpha Investment Partners, and renamed it GSH Plaza.
The consortium spent about $100 million on a refurbishment that added the curved blue glass facade, a new lobby and a new driveway.
Hong Kong-listed Fullshare Holdings took over in 2017, which is when the PLUS name was introduced.

Neighbours include Republic Plaza, CapitaSpring with its Market Street Hawker Centre, and Prudential Tower. Lau Pa Sat is about 5 minutes south. The shophouses and temples of Telok Ayer Street, including Thian Hock Keng, are a short walk west.
