The river edge and transport connection are useful starting points for a visit. Trace the intended route from the station to the residential entrance on the site plan, then compare it with the walk you can make around the neighbourhood today. A future connection through the development should not be confused with a public route already open.
For a home facing a busy public area, ask how the apartment sits above surrounding paths, planting and shared spaces. Check the exact stack and floor rather than treating a broad promotional view as the outlook from every home.
Layouts and shared spaces

Look at usable wall lengths and furniture circulation as well as total floor area. A dining table, desk or extra storage can change how a room works. Ask for the full floor plate to see the relationship between your entrance, neighbouring doors and lifts; a unit plan alone leaves those relationships out.
