About SBF Center

SBF Center is a 31-storey commercial tower at 160 Robinson Road in Singapore's central business district (District 1). It was developed by Far East Organization, designed by DP Architects and built by Woh Hup, with completion in 2016. The site is held on a 99-year lease that began in December 2011. The building is named after the Singapore Business Federation, the national business chamber, which has its headquarters here.

The tower mixes uses by floor. Far East's fact sheet shows food and retail units beside the lobby on level 1, medical suites on levels 3 to 5, offices on levels 6 to 8, a sky terrace on level 9, strata offices from levels 10 to 28 and three large full-floor offices at the top. Two basements hold 96 parking lots. Most office and medical units are strata-titled and individually owned.

  • Three floors are set aside for medical suites, so clinics operate inside a CBD office tower, close to the working population they serve.

  • The building received the BCA Green Mark Platinum award in 2014, before completion, and a BCA Construction Excellence Award in 2019.
