Sky Vue is a 99-year leasehold condominium of 694 homes in two 37-storey towers at 1 and 3 Bishan Street 15. It is managed as MCST 4475, with Property Facility Services as its managing agent.
The land sale
The site was sold by tender in 2012 as a 99-year residential parcel then known as Bishan Street 14. The Edge Singapore reported that the tender closed in November 2012 with nine bids, and that the top bid of S$505.1 million came from a CapitaLand unit. It noted that the site was next to Sky Habitat, another CapitaLand development (The Edge, December 2012).
Development
CapitaLand's project page names DCA Architects as the architect and gives a site area of 11,227 sq m. It describes residents' facilities on levels 1, 7 and 37, including a 50-metre lap pool, with open-air spaces on the 37th floor (CapitaLand). These describe the original design intent.
CapitaLand gives the date of the Temporary Occupation Permit as 21 July 2016.
