About Stirling Residences

Stirling Residences is a 1,259-unit condominium at 21, 23 and 25 Stirling Road, Singapore 148960 to 148962, in District 3 (Queenstown, Tiong Bahru). It was developed by LN Development (Stirling) Pte Ltd, a joint venture in which Hong Kong-listed Logan Property held 51 per cent alongside Nanshan Group. The project has three towers, two of 40 storeys and one of 38 storeys, designed by P&T Architects and Engineers. The land is 99-year leasehold from 18 August 2017 and covers about 21,110 square metres. The development was completed in 2022.

Units run from 441 square foot one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses of nearly 2,000 square feet. Two-bedroom units make up more than half the total. The towers are raised about 15 metres above street level, which lifts the lowest homes above the road and the MRT viaduct.

Interesting facts

  • The joint venture paid about $1.003 billion for the government land sale site in May 2017, beating 17 other bidders. EdgeProp reported it as the first residential site to cross the billion-dollar mark at the time.

  • It was Logan Property's first residential project in Singapore.

  • At launch it was described as the largest high-rise residential project in Singapore built with prefabricated prefinished volumetric construction, where whole room modules are made in a factory and stacked on site. The main contractor was China Construction (South Pacific).

  • The sales preview opened on 30 June 2018.

Nearby

Queenstown MRT station (East-West Line) is about 300 metres away, a walk of three to five minutes. Mei Ling Market and Food Centre is close by on Mei Ling Street, and Queensway Shopping Centre, IKEA Alexandra and Anchorpoint are a short bus ride south. Queenstown Sports Complex and its swimming pools are across Commonwealth Avenue. Queenstown Primary School, Queenstown Secondary School and the Global Indian International School Queenstown campus are in the neighbourhood. The Alexandra Canal Linear Park links the area towards the Singapore River.
