It was developed by Wingcrown Investment Pte Ltd, a company linked to Wing Tai Asia, and designed by the Japanese practice Toyo Ito and Associates. Property databases give 2017 as the completion year, and the management corporation was constituted on 31 July 2017. Units run from one-bedroom flats to five-bedroom homes, with dual-key and loft layouts among them. Facilities include a 50-metre lap pool set in a lagoon-style pool deck, a tennis court, a clubhouse and a sky club in the tallest tower.
Interesting facts
Toyo Ito, whose firm designed the project, won the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2013. In Singapore he is also known for VivoCity.
The towers have a petal-like plan, with units stepping outwards at different heights. Reviewers note that as a result very few apartments share exactly the same size.
A boardwalk runs along the Alexandra Canal edge of the estate, next to the canal's linear park.

Redhill MRT (East-West Line) is about six to ten minutes' walk, depending on the block. Tiong Bahru MRT is the next station east. Neighbours include Principal Garden on the same street and the condominiums along Alexandra View. Redhill Market and Food Centre is close to the station. The Alexandra Canal Linear Park leads towards Tanglin Road and, in the other direction, towards Zion Road and the Singapore River. Crescent Girls' School and Alexandra Primary School are within a few minutes' walk.
