The land sale
In July 2017, a joint venture of Keppel Land and Wing Tai Land placed the top bid of S$446.28 million in URA's tender for the 99-year residential site at Serangoon North Avenue 1, planning more than 600 homes (Keppel Land and Wing Tai, July 2017). EdgeProp reported that 16 developers bid for the site (EdgeProp, July 2017). The venture was held 60% by Keppel Land and 40% by Wing Tai.
Development
At its preview in May 2018, EdgeProp reported five 15-storey blocks on a site of about 185,022 sq ft, with homes from one bedroom to five bedrooms (EdgeProp, May 2018).
Wing Tai's 2021 annual report describes the development as newly completed, with five towers, and fully sold, having received its Temporary Occupation Permit by June 2021 (Wing Tai Annual Report 2021).
