About The Landmark

Facilities are spread over three levels, with a 50-metre pool on level 2, a gym and spa on level 14 and a sky lounge on level 34.

Interesting facts

  • The tower replaces Landmark Tower, a 38-storey residential block from the mid-1980s. The consortium bought it in a collective sale in May 2018 for $286 million.

  • ZACD Group held 38 per cent of the buying consortium, SSLE Development 32 per cent and MCC 30 per cent.

  • The old building's 99-year lease dated from 1980. The lease was topped up as part of the redevelopment, which is why tenure now runs from 2020.

  • A side gate gives residents direct access to Pearl's Hill City Park.

Nearby

Chinatown MRT (North East and Downtown lines) is about six minutes' walk. Outram Park MRT (East-West, North East and Thomson-East Coast lines) is roughly 500 metres away, and Havelock MRT is also within reach. Pearl's Hill City Park is next door, with One Pearl Bank on the far side of the hill. People's Park Complex, People's Park food centre and Chinatown Complex are close by. Seacare Building and its hotel are further along Chin Swee Road. Schools in the area include Outram Secondary School and River Valley Primary School.
