From Raintree Gardens to The Tre Ver

The Tre Ver is a 729-home development at Potong Pasir Avenue 1, beside the Kallang River. UOL's project portfolio lists a 99-year tenure, one- to four-bedroom apartments and completion in 2022. It identifies UOL Group and Singland Properties as the developer groups and WOHA as the architectural designer.

The site was previously occupied by Raintree Gardens. UOL's October 2016 announcement records the acceptance of its associated company's collective-sale tender for that estate at 110–112 Potong Pasir Avenue 1. The former estate is historical context, not a surviving phase of The Tre Ver.

Buildings arranged around landscape

WOHA describes nine residential blocks: five taller blocks and four shorter ones above a two-storey landscaped parking podium. The different heights and planted terraces are central to the design, alongside the river and existing rain trees.

Common spaces are organised across three named levels: Raintree Valley on the second floor, Village Plaza on the third and Sky Loft on the eighth. WOHA describes gardens, decks and pools distributed through this layered arrangement. It gives residents several settings for shared activities rather than concentrating every amenity at ground level.

For a viewing, compare how the chosen block connects to these levels and its lift lobby. A riverfront development does not mean every apartment has the same river view; orientation, level and neighbouring buildings should be checked from the actual home.

The Kallang River surroundings

The river is both a landscape feature and part of a wider recreational network. NParks identifies the Kallang Park Connector as a route along the river through Potong Pasir and other central residential neighbourhoods. Its description includes bridges and some crossings that are not barrier-free, so a riverside outing should be planned around the route and the user's needs.

Check which estate entrance is convenient for the park connector, public transport and everyday errands. The public river route and the condominium's gardens have different access arrangements; do not assume every path visible from a unit is a residents-only space or a direct exit.

Addresses and practical viewing checks

The old Raintree Gardens site address appears in historical records, while WOHA lists the residential blocks at 60–76 Potong Pasir Avenue 1. Confirm the current block, entrance and unit with the person arranging the viewing rather than using the predecessor's address.

Review the exact floor plan, current maintenance charges, facility rules and any planned common-area works. Inspect the condition of the apartment and its fittings separately from the development's overall architectural description.
