The Venue Residences is the residential part of The Venue Residences and Shoppes (星苑居与星苑坊), a 99-year leasehold mixed development on Tai Thong Crescent. It stands at the junction of Upper Serangoon Road and MacPherson Road, and was completed in 2017.
The development
The project was launched in October 2013 by City Developments Limited (CDL) and its joint-venture partner Hong Leong Holdings Limited. CDL's launch release describes 266 apartments: 260 in four towers and six in a low-rise residential block. On the ground floor, The Venue Shoppes has 28 retail and dining units with full-height glass frontages. CDL's residential property gallery lists the project as 99-year leasehold, 266 units, completed 2017.
At launch the apartments ranged from one- and two-bedroom suites to three- and four-bedroom units and penthouses, and the shop units were between 301 and 1,130 sq ft.
Grounds and facilities
A detail specific to this site is its two conserved Angsana trees, each said at launch to be more than 30 years old. Facilities named by the developer include:
- a pool with a boat sculpture and origami-inspired cabanas
- sky terraces with reading, meditation, yoga and relaxation gardens
- a clubhouse with a gymnasium and steam rooms
- a children's playground, children's pool and trampoline

The estate is managed by MCST 4568, which estate.sg lists at 2, 4 and 6 Tai Thong Crescent. The management office is at 4 Tai Thong Crescent.
