Thomson Three is a 99-year leasehold residential development at Bright Hill Drive, off Upper Thomson Road. It is managed as MCST 4497, with Knight Frank as its managing agent.
Development
The development was a 50:50 joint venture of UOL Group and Singapore Land. United Industrial Corporation's 2013 annual report records the purchase of the 144,636 sq ft Bright Hill Drive site for S$292 million, within 200 metres of the then-planned Upper Thomson MRT station (UIC Annual Report 2013).
UOL describes 445 homes: 435 apartments in three 21-storey blocks and 10 three-storey strata semi-detached houses. At the launch in September 2013, the developer described a nature-inspired design near the MacRitchie and Lower Peirce reservoirs, with layouts planned for cross-ventilation (UOL Channel, 2013). These describe the original design intent.
UOL's 2016 annual report records that Thomson Three received its Temporary Occupation Permit in May 2016 (UOL Annual Report 2016).
